We’ll look at revenue operations first, then operator workflows and your founder cockpit. We’ll identify where work stalls and define the changes worth making.
- An operations audit. Your current tools, responsibilities, repeated work and bottlenecks.
- A prioritized cockpit plan. What belongs in your business brain, what can become a workflow and what should stay with a person.
- A detailed scope of work. A written brief with the recommended workflows, what each should do, the inputs and access needed, suggested owners, priorities and a clear way to check completion.
- A clear handoff. Take the scope to yourself, a teammate or a builder. Implementation is a separate decision and is not included.
The consultation is $275. The booking page shows the total, including any platform fee, before payment. Follow the confirmation email for meeting details. The consultation does not include implementation. You choose who carries out the scope.
What you leave with: A written scope with priorities, required inputs, suggested owners and completion checks.

How to book
- Choose your time and review the total. The booking page shows available times in your timezone. Keep the booking confirmation and follow its meeting instructions.
- Share a short brief. Tell Josh your main offer, current tools, biggest bottleneck and the outcome you want. Your Business Cockpit Report and action plan are helpful if you have them; they are optional. Share only the summary you approve.
- Work through your operation together. In the 60-minute session, map where work stalls and choose the changes worth making first.
- Use your written scope. Review the priorities, requirements and completion checks. Take the scope to yourself, a teammate or a builder. It defines the work; it is not a finished installation.
What this consultation covers
We map your operation and define the work. Software setup, VPS installation, account configuration, ongoing support and implementation are separate projects. Vendor fees are separate. This session does not promise a finished deployment or a specific revenue result.
